UPDATE: February 22, 2012 - It is still very active with many buyers out there looking at homes.  We have 90 active listings for Pontiac in the MLS as of today, and another 8 more sale pending.  Half of the 8 are under 100k, and have are over.  There have been 10 closings so far for Pontiac properties in the MLS since Jan. 1st.  The avg. selling price is just over $88,000, and the avg. DOM is a whopping 256!  Let's hope that number starts going down!

UPDATE: February 11, 2012 - It has been an extremely active market lately, with many people/buyers inquiring about properties and a lot of showings.  We have 87 active listings for Pontiac in our MLS, and 203 total for the county.  7 properties are sale pending for Pontiac, and 17 are sale pending for the county.  The most expensive property sale pending in the county is a property listed at $319,900.  The next most expensive property sale pending is listed at $154,900.  10 out of the 17 are under 100k.
