UPDATE: May 2, 2012 - As of today, there are 100 active listings with a Pontiac address in the MLS, and another whopping 18 properties sale pending.  They are evenly split down the middle- 9 under 100k, and 9 over 100k.  It's extremely busy still, but you have to have the right home at the right time, at the right price in the right location.  There have been 29 closings year to date for Pontiac through the MLS, compared to 30 last year at this same time.  Average DOM this year to date is 235, compared to 205 at this time last year.

UPDATE: April 15, 2012 - There are currently 101 active listings in Pontiac, and 232 total for Livingston County in our MLS.  There are 20 properties sale pending in the county, and 10 of those are in Pontiac.  To date, there have been 25 closings in Pontiac through the MLS, and 54 total for the county.  Last year at this same time, the numbers were only 20 & 43 respectively.  Activity remains very high at this time with many buyers out there looking.
